Sensory Toolkit Activity (15 points): Students will develop sensory activities for a classroom. Using research, readings, and lecture information, students will complete a chart noting researched based interventions in each of the 7 sensory areas with a summary of why the intervention is appropriate for the given area as well as possible items that would provide the sensory input needed in the area. Given an imaginary budget of $600, students should develop (on paper), a toolkit of sensory activities and items. A detailed budget analysis must be provided, including where each item can be purchased and its pre-tax cost.
